Every stainless-steel nozzle and needle is heat-treated for durability and long-life.
All part dimensions are controlled to exacting tolerances by well-trained CNC machinists to ensure tight seals and uniformity of compound application.
Our catalogue of parts is vast so that we can meet the needs of your specific compound gun end lining needs.
In the event a customer is uncertain of their nozzle or needle requirements, we will work hand-in-hand with them to ensure they are ultimately supplied with what they need.

What Sets Us Apart

After 50 years in this business, F & H has become adept at manufacturing parts that will work for our customers’ varying needs. By maintaining exacting tolerances across all aspects of our long list of products, particularly for Nozzle lengths and orifice diameters, and Needle length and tip angles, we ensure consistent application of compound.

Upon request, we are also able to perform the following processes:

Skilled personnel lap each nozzle and needle set per order to ensure a perfect seal is made between the two.
Sets are flow matched (typically in sets of 4 or 6) with an extremely precise air flow gauge so that compound is dispensed identically within the customer set up.
